1. How long will the repair take?

Answer: Most repairs take 30 minutes or less

2. Do you sell phones?

Answer: Yes we are an authorized dealer for Mobilicity, you can visit mobilicity.ca for a list of the phones we carry

3. Where do you get your parts from?

Answer: We buy our parts direct from wholesalers in the US and Canada, not China

4. Are the parts brand new, OEM (original equipment manufacturer)?

Answer: We only use brand new original parts. We will gladly show you the part before install 

5. Some people sell and install low grade, poor quality iphone glass. How do I know yours is real?

Answer: We can show you the glass, compare it to the fake ones and match the serial numbers of the original

7. Do you offer mobile repair service?

Answer: No we do not do repairs outside of our shop as we believe the highest quality repairs can only be completed in the shop with state of the art equipment, in a dust free environment
