We accept phones by mail or courier!

All repairs are completed the same day we receive the phone except in rare cases when parts are not in stock

The Repair Process:

Include in the package your contact info (name, phone number, email and return address)

Please also include a description of the phones problem and the password to the device (if applicable)

We will examine the phone, hook it up to our test equipment and give you a free estimate at which that point you can decide if you want to proceed with the repair

If you decide to go ahead with the repair we will fix the phone and call you for credit card info over the phone for payment once the repair is completed

The phone will be shipped back via the same method you shipped it to us

Shipping Options:

Canada Post Express usually costs around $10 to ship a phone (depending on location) which includes a tracking number. If you send it this method please include a return prepaid envelope or a $15 return shipping fee will be applied

We receive shipments daily from Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Purolator and Dhl as well as local couriers so feel free to ship however method you choose
